Core Trauma-Informed Concepts Used by TeamTech & Everyone A Leader®
The methods we teach embody trauma-informed principles and use an approach to leading where you are—building trust, safety, collaboration and empowerment.
Safety: Creating environments that welcome all opinions, backgrounds, experiences and ideas.
Trust: Providing transparency, giving opportunity and following through.
Collaboration: Understanding that the most impactful work happens when we think and act together.
Empowerment: Providing the tools, methods and skills to allow people to lead at any level.
Everyone A Leader was developed by TeamTech, the organization that also developed Remarkably Resilient.

“EAL is a well-rounded application of how to facilitate an environment of thinking, how to work through change in an organized way that will improve outcomes for everyone.”
“This course gave a road map for being intentional with goals, leading, changing, and growing.”
“This course reiterates that we are all different and because of this, being a facilitative leader is essential. This course teaches you how to empower, to meet people where they are, to be intentional, to boost confidence, and everything else you can think of.”
“It was very insightful on how people from all aspects of life and careers think through and process different scenarios. It was nice having all different backgrounds involved and being able to provide our ideas so openly and without judgement.”
“EAL allowed me to develop how to bring everyone into the conversation. I feel it helped me to understand that everyone takes in information differently, and to be intentional about how to think about that fact, i.e. asking questions to get a better idea of how each individual is processing the information.”
“I learned to be more effective in leading productive, intentional conversations.”
“It emphasized the importance of being non-judgmental, inclusive, and facilitative, which helps build trust and collaboration in a team.”
