The guided Reflective Journal provides information on:

How trauma and stress are related.
What the neuroscience of trauma teaches each of us about how our body and brain are impacted by trauma and stress.
How to build reflective capacity – the ability to step back and examine an experience in order to learn and grow.

When used with the In the Moment and Over Time card decks, the Reflective Journal becomes a powerful tool for practicing reflection while also strengthening important resilience skills and knowledge.
